45 days or more before departure: Only booking fees will be charged
Between 31 and 44 days before departure: 25% of tour cost will be charged
Between 15 and 30 days before departure: 50% of tour cost will be charged
Between 8 and 14 days before departure: 75% of tour cost will be charged
Within 7 days of departure or no-show: 100% of tour cost will be charged
