• Sarayu River

     As mentioned in Ramayana, the grand city of Ayodhya lies on the banks of the Sarayu river. This river is a significant witness of all the crucial events from Ramayana including Shri Ram and his brothers' birth, their exile, and the return. It is believed that Shri Ram took Jal Samadhi in the Sarayu river, ascending to his divine abode.

     The birthplace of Shri Ram, this site has garnered utmost love and devotional significance for many centuries. The newly constructed Ram Mandir stands strong as a testament to India’s architectural grandeur and spiritual unity.

     Dedicated to lord Hanuman - as the customs go - this site is a must visit before visiting Ramjanmbhoomi mandir, as Hanuman ji guarded Ayodhya from here. Apart from its devotional significance, this site is also admired for its architectural blend of Hindu & Islamic styles. 

  • Dashrath Mahal / Kanak Bhawan exploration

    Dashrath Mahal - believed to be the Palace of King Dashratha ( Shri Ram’s Father) - offers an immersive experience of Ayodhya’s royal past. Kanak Bhawan is believed to be gifted by Maa Kaekayi to Devi Sita on her marriage to Shri Ram. This architectural marvel is admired by devotees as the ultimate symbol of divine love and union.

  • Nageshwarnath Mandir

    This mandir is dedicated to lord Shiv and is believed to be founded by Kush (Shri Ram’s Son) as a gesture of gratitude towards Nag Kanya - a Shiva devotee - who retrieved Kush’s lost armlet from the Sarayu River.

  • Chhoti Devkali Mandir

    This site is dedicated to Maa Devkali who is considered the Kuldevi of Shri Ram’s Family. It is believed that this mandir was constructed by King Dashrath for Devi Sita after her marriage to Shri Ram and all the Queens from their royal lineage used to visit this mandir for blessings and spiritual fulfilment.
